Overview
At Just Print It Online, every order is custom-produced to your exact specifications. Because our products are manufactured specifically for your business — with your artwork, your dimensions, and your branding — our returns and refunds policy differs from that of a standard retail store.
We stand firmly behind the quality of everything we produce. If we make an error or deliver a defective product, we will make it right. This policy explains what qualifies, how to raise a claim, and what to expect.
2. What We Cannot Accept Returns On
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Orders produced to specification — Any product manufactured in accordance with the artwork, dimensions, quantities, and specifications you approved, where no production error has occurred.
- Approved proof sign-offs — Once you have approved a digital proof (via email or WhatsApp), any subsequent dissatisfaction with design choices, colours, or layout is not grounds for a refund.
- Colour variation within tolerance — Printed colours may vary slightly from on-screen previews. A variation of up to ±10% colour delta from the approved digital proof is within acceptable industry tolerance and is not grounds for a return.
- Change of mind after production has started — Once your job has been sent to press, we cannot accept cancellations.
- Incorrect files supplied by the customer — If a defect results from artwork you provided (e.g. low-resolution files, incorrect bleed, wrong dimensions, missing fonts), this does not qualify for a refund.
- Quantity overs/unders within tolerance — Industry standard allows for a ±5% variance in delivered quantity on large print runs. Delivery within this tolerance is considered fulfilled.
3. What We Will Replace or Refund
You are entitled to a replacement order or full refund in the following circumstances:

| Order lost or damaged in transit | Full replacement or refund |
4. How to Raise a Claim
Step 1 — Notify us within 7 days
Contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Claims raised after this window may not be accepted.
Step 2 — Provide evidence
Email us at info@justprintit.online or message us on WhatsApp at +233 50 497 7288 with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographs or video showing the defect (minimum 3 photos — full product, close-up of defect, and packaging)
Step 3 — Assessment
Our team will review your claim within 2 business days and communicate the outcome. We may request that defective samples be returned to our facility before processing.
Step 4 — Resolution
Approved claims are resolved by one of the following, at our discretion (in consultation with you):
- Reprint & re-delivery — A corrected replacement order produced and delivered at no cost to you
- Credit note — Applied to a future order
- Partial or full refund — Processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
5. Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@justprintit.online stating your order number and reason. Cancellation is only confirmed upon written acknowledgement from us.
Refunds
Refund Payment Methods
Refunds are processed to the original payment method:
- Mobile Money (MTN MoMo / Telecel Cash / AirtelTigo Money) — processed within 3–5 business days
- Bank Transfer — processed within 5–7 business days
- Card Payments — processed within 7–10 business days, subject to your card issuer’s timeline
Returning Physical Samples
Where we ask you to return defective products for assessment:
- Return shipping to our facility at Praisel House, 0348 Oyarifa Road, Accra is at our cost for valid defect claims.
- Products must be securely packaged to avoid further damage in transit.
- We will provide a collection arrangement or courier instructions upon claim approval.
